THERAPY
Stephen Bartz, LPC Associate
Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Are past traumatic events preventing or stagnating emotional growth? Are you neurodivergent and struggling with a world that just doesn't quite communicate like you do or understand you? The most important thing to remember is that YOU have the power to enact positive change in your life. The mystery lies in how to enact that change.
THERAPY, BREATHWORK
Karen Finley Breeding, MA, LPC-S
Questioning who we are, why we’re having intense feelings, or why we’re caught up in unhealthy patterns can be very scary, but it’s also an opportunity for growth. Given a supportive environment, you can access a deep awareness of self that allows for profound change and meaning.
THERAPY, SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING
Carrie Brunken, LPC
Through psychotherapy, I help people discover and remember who they really are and help them decide who and how they want to be. Any life is a mixture of the authentic and the inauthentic, of things that are working really well and things that are working not so well. Most people who arrive at the decision to seek therapy usually end up here because they want to address the aspects of their life that are causing them pain and learn coping skills to deal with them: old ideas or relationships or patterns of behavior that are causing more problems than they solve.
SOMATIC THERAPY
Alecxia Ceballos, LPC
I help women who have experienced trauma create fulfilling relationships, starting with themselves by bringing to light unhealthy patterns and exploring how those wounds impact relationships. Somatic therapy helps you relate to your body differently and brings attention to the sensations your body experiences after recovering a memory.
THERAPY, MEN’S THERAPY, SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING
Cliff Hamrick, LPC-S
Positive psychology is the philosophical basis of my approach to therapy. This approach focuses more on what you are doing right rather than what you are doing wrong, your strengths instead of your weaknesses, and more on your successes than your failures. One of my primary specialties is working with clients with some form of substance abuse. I have experience working with clients who are still actively using substances and want to quit, all the way up to clients with years of sobriety and are working to maintain it.
THERAPY
Grant Hudson, MA, LPC
I use therapeutic methods derived from the Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, and Relational theories of psychotherapy. Counseling is an art and I am not afraid to improvise and explore different strategies to help you find yourself, your passion, and your path towards wholeness and health.

Rakefet Laviolette LPC
In therapy I work with individuals and partners to connect, slow down, and heal. We will uncover what’s holding you back from experiencing more joy. Therapy is your space to be fully yourself, to break down, to rebuild, to laugh, and to cry. I’ll have your back for ALL of it.
THERAPY, EMDR, DBT
Lesley Miller, LCSW
I have a special interest in working with individuals who have had to learn to function in a world that wasn’t created with their needs in mind, whether this be due to disability, race and cultural background, gender and sexuality, or any other component of their identity. If you have ever been made to feel that you don’t belong, please come as you are. I offer individual and family therapy services to adolescents (12 and up) and adults. I have experience working with depression and mood disorders, anxiety, trauama and eating disorders.

THERAPY
Lisa Osborn, LCSW
You’re here because you’re worried, stressed, anxious and tired of white-knuckling through it; not sure how to make sense of it all. You feel lost where you are and not sure what steps to take next to get where you want to be. Maybe You’re stuck in a negative cycle of “what-if” worst case scenarios and you obsess over perfection. You’re tired from keeping up with the expectations you have set for yourself and maintaining unobtainable societal standards. You might be feeling guilt or shame for not being able to get it together since you’ve been so good at it before. You don’t like being seen as a failure, even to yourself. If you’ve made it this far, most likely you’ve decided that you have procrastinated long enough and found the push within yourself or from a loved one to find the relief you deserve.
THERAPY
Allyson Pease, MA, LPC
I work with youth struggling with everyday anxiety over internal conflicts, grades, peers, & parents. I enjoy working with adults as they navigate transitions into marriage or parenthood. I also help individuals & families deal with end of life planning to facilitate this difficult topic with elderly parents or terminally ill youth.
